Donald Trump has once again shared an AI-generated image portraying himself in a Jesus-like manner, accompanied by a peculiar caption suggesting that “God might be playing his Trump card,” as posted by the original creator.
The US president uploaded a screenshot to Truth Social showcasing an X post featuring the said image. The post, originating from an account under the name “Irish for Trump” (@Dkelly4congress), exhibits a Jesus-like figure with long hair and a beard standing next to Trump, embracing him with both arms.
The caption in the X post reads: “I was never a very religious man… but doesn’t it seem, with all these satanic, demonic, child sacrificing monsters being exposed… that God might be playing his Trump card!”
Trump shared both the image and the caption, along with his own commentary stating that although “radical left lunatics” may disapprove, he finds it “quite nice.”
This development follows Trump’s recent post on Truth Social, where he initially shared and then removed an AI-generated image depicting himself as a Jesus-like figure, appearing to be healing a sick individual in a hospital bed. The controversial post elicited strong criticism from various factions within the US, including some of his own supporters. Iran’s president, Masoud Pezeshkian, condemned the portrayal as a “desecration of Jesus” while also voicing support for the pope.
