Center Parcs Eliminates Crèche Service, Faces Backlash

Date:

Center Parcs has decided to discontinue its crèche service for children between three months and three years old, sparking criticism from families. This change means that visitors will no longer have the option to pay for a three-hour crèche session for their young ones starting next month.

A spokesperson for Center Parcs explained that the decision to eliminate the crèche service was based on guest feedback and the limited demand for this particular activity. The holiday park chain is focusing on enhancing the overall guest experience by introducing new activities for children of all ages.

Customers planning to visit Center Parcs in the upcoming months were surprised to find that crèche slots were no longer available for booking from June onwards. Many parents expressed disappointment and frustration over the removal of the crèche service, which they had found valuable during previous visits.

Before the closure of the crèche, Center Parcs described it as an interactive space for children aged 3 to 35 months to engage in structured activities guided by experienced carers. The decision to end the service has left some customers reminiscing about the positive experiences they had with the friendly and professional crèche staff.

In other news, Center Parcs has started construction on a new holiday resort in the Scottish Borders, with an estimated investment of £450 million and the creation of around 1,200 jobs. The development will feature a diverse forest ecosystem, including various tree species and abundant wildlife.

The upcoming Center Parcs Scottish Borders site will offer 700 lodges and flats, a Subtropical Swimming Paradise, retail outlets, dining venues, and an Aqua Sana Forest Spa within the woodland setting. Virtual tours and 3D renderings showcase the array of amenities along the waterside, promising a unique and relaxing experience for future guests.
