“LaplandUK Announces Ticket Sales for Christmas 2026”

Date:

Although it may seem like a short time since the Christmas decorations were stored away, an exciting holiday attraction is already releasing tickets today (March 27) for the Christmas 2026 season.

LaplandUK, situated in Ascot and Cheshire, will open ticket sales tomorrow at 10AM, with an anticipated queue of over a million eager participants. Securing tickets for this experience is often compared to the process of acquiring Glastonbury tickets, as interested parents will need to wait in a digital line and complete their purchase within a ten-minute window upon reaching the front.

Ticket prices for the 2026 season have been unveiled, starting at £60 for midweek visits in November, escalating to £155 per individual for peak weekends in December. Additionally, both venues will host a ‘Superstar Day’ on November 25, tailored to accommodate families and guests with specific access needs, fostering a quieter and more accessible atmosphere.

Despite the ticket costs, the package includes a variety of unique experiences that distinguish it from a typical Santa’s grotto. Families will receive a specially crafted invitation in advance of their visit, enhancing the anticipation, with a personal message from Father Christmas inviting young ones to LaplandUK to assist the elves in toy-making.

Upon arrival, visitors will immerse themselves in a fantastical realm, traversing through various interactive encounters ranging from the Elven Bazaar, where guests must solve the puzzle to enter Lapland, to the Lapland Bakery where children can partake in making Christmas treats before enjoying storytelling with Mother Christmas.

The LaplandUK experience, as per the LaplandUK website, spans approximately four and a half hours and features ice skating, a plush toy for each child, a small gift for Christmas Day, and, of course, a special encounter with the iconic red-suited figure deep within a snowy forest.

The creators of LaplandUK, Mike and Alison Battle, shared updates on the attraction’s Facebook page regarding enhancements for the 2026 season. Alison expressed, “Every year, we strive to enhance the experience, infusing more magic and believability. This year, we have some thrilling surprises in store for you.”

The duo announced that invitations would be dispatched earlier this year, towards the end of summer, to build excitement for the event. They also mentioned an upgraded return experience to ensure that “the journey back will be just as enchanting,” along with a new activity at Little Rudy’s Stables where visitors can create reindeer food to take home.

A significant change will occur in the Elven Village, which Mike and Alison noted has expanded over time to offer a more immersive experience with additional characters. Guests will now have more time in the village to enjoy stories at Fable’s Library, skate on the ice rink, and engage with characters along the way.

Interested individuals looking to secure tickets for LaplandUK can either register on the official site to receive a booking link before the sale commences, or visit the website at 9am to join the queue for ticket purchases.
