Renowned for a life of diverse roles, Peter Sichel passed away at the remarkable age of 102. From escaping the Nazis to serving as a soldier, spy, and vintner, his journey is now portrayed in the film “The Last Spy.”

His daughter, Bettina, described him as adept at keeping secrets and engaging others in conversation. The movie, directed by Katharina Otto-Bernstein, debuted at the UK Jewish Film Festival and is set for release in select theaters.

Following his CIA tenure, Peter ventured into winemaking, steering the success of Blue Nun wine to international fame. Despite the challenges of his covert past, he found fulfillment in the wine industry and family life.
