Donald Trump recently shared that he has reviewed classified UFO documents and found them to be intriguing. The US President disclosed that the Pentagon is preparing to unveil files detailing UFOs and other unexplained aerial phenomena (UAPs) during an event in Phoenix, Arizona.
Trump, who visited Arizona to rally support for Republicans ahead of the Midterms elections, made the announcement at a Turning Point USA gathering. He expressed his excitement about the ongoing process of releasing these documents, describing them as “very interesting,” and mentioned that the initial disclosures will commence shortly.
This development follows a letter sent by the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform’s Task Force to US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth in March, requesting video footage related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena by a specific deadline. Concerns were raised by House representatives regarding the lack of transparency concerning UAPs in US restricted airspace, emphasizing the potential security risks posed to the armed forces.
In a previous statement, Trump had indicated his intention to direct the identification and release of UFO-related files, including footage. Hegseth confirmed that his department was actively reviewing these materials. Former President Barack Obama subtly hinted at the existence of aliens during a podcast interview, which drew criticism from Trump.
The unfolding developments surrounding the disclosure of UFO files and the exploration of extraterrestrial phenomena continue to captivate public interest and spark discussions about the potential existence of alien life forms.
