The Republic of Türkiye Ministry of National Defence stated on X that one of their C130 military cargo aircraft crashed while departing from Azerbaijan to return to Turkey. Eyewitnesses observed smoke billowing from the spiraling aircraft as it descended, leaving a white smoke trail behind. The accident occurred in Georgia’s Rustavi region, approximately 100 miles from the Russian border.
