A teenage girl has disappeared from a secluded village in Devon after being last spotted entering a vehicle on Halloween.
Authorities are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed her actions, expressing growing apprehension over Rosie’s sudden absence. She was last seen boarding a Vauxhall Astra in Holcombe Rogus, a rural village in Devon, just before 5 pm. Avon and Somerset Police have initiated an urgent search for the missing schoolgirl, urging individuals with information to come forward.
Rosie is described as a white female standing approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall with straight brown hair.
Avon and Somerset Police released a statement: “Can you assist us in locating missing Rosie, 15, who was last seen entering a blue Vauxhall Astra in Holcombe Rogus around 4:45 pm on Friday, October 31st. We are increasingly worried about her well-being. If you have any information on Rosie’s whereabouts, please contact 999 and reference 5225308184.”
Concerned members of the community have expressed worry for the 15-year-old, sharing her missing person appeal on local Facebook groups. One individual stated, “I hope she returns home safely to her family soon,” while another commented, “I hope she is found quickly or seeks help at a police station.” A third person wrote, “Please come back home safely.”
